The small-business website launch checklist
Check the details that matter before sharing your new website with customers or running advertisements.

Check every path a customer can take
Open each page from the menu, then return to the home page. Check the footer, call buttons and social links. Replace example addresses, sample testimonials and placeholder text with information you can verify. A polished home page is only useful when the next step works too.
Test on a real phone
Read the headline without zooming. Make sure the main button is visible, the menu opens and form fields are easy to tap. Check long names and translated text for overflow. Preview both portrait and landscape layouts before you share the link.
Send a test enquiry
Submit a message with test details and verify that it reaches the correct inbox or connected service. Check the confirmation shown to visitors. If you use bookings, payments or member access, test those configured flows separately. A visual preview alone does not confirm that an integration works.
Publish deliberately, then check the public link
Choose your publishing plan in the editor and review the amount, billing period and renewal before payment. Publish when you are ready. Open the public address in a signed-out browser and repeat the essential checks. Custom domain connection is included in paid plans; domain registration has its own cost.
