About this service
Launchlane is an AI-assisted website builder operated by MBCSOFT LLC, Delaware, United States. These terms apply to your use of Launchlane. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your login secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your projects and responsibilities
You retain your rights to your own input and generated project source, subject to third-party licenses. You are responsible for reviewing generated content, dependencies, security, and legal requirements before publishing. AI output may contain errors and may not be unique. Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, malware, or infringement.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Checkout displays your plan, recurring price, billing period and any applicable tax before you authorize payment. Cancel at any time through Plans & billing → Manage billing; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. A free account does not automatically become a paid subscription. Plan prices are in US dollars.
Credits and hosting
Credits measure AI usage and build or image operations; they are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash. Free trial credits expire after 14 days. Recurring plan credits expire at the end of the purchased billing period and do not roll over. Failed operations release unused reservations. Plan limits apply to projects and hosting. Published sites may be suspended after paid access ends or for abuse; export your project source before ending your subscription.
Availability and responsibility
AI output and third-party services can contain errors or become unavailable. Review and test each project before relying on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular commercial results, or that a generated project satisfies every legal or security requirement. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use and will review disputed restrictions through support.
Governing law and contact
Delaware law governs these terms, except where mandatory law gives you additional protection. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Contact support@launchln.com for account, service, billing or legal questions. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated before they take effect.
