Monthly plans
Starter is US$29 per month, Pro is US$79 per month, and Studio is US$199 per month, plus any tax shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You authorize the recurring amount displayed at checkout before any payment is taken. Free trial credits do not require a card and do not automatically start a subscription.
Cancellation
Cancel through Plans & billing → Manage billing to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of your current paid period; unused recurring credits expire then. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge. If the billing portal is unavailable, contact support@launchln.com for help cancelling.
A charge you need help with
Use the contact form and select Billing or refund. Include the account email and invoice reference, never card details. Billing errors, failed service delivery and applicable consumer rights will be reviewed. Refunds are reconciled with credits to prevent duplicate entitlement. No blanket waiver of statutory rights applies.
