Affiliate program terms
16 October 2026 · MBCSOFT LLC · Launchlane
Joining
Joining is free. A verified Launchlane account and acceptance of these terms are required. You do not need to create a project, buy a plan or open a Stripe account to receive your referral link.
Eligible products
All products sold by Launchlane are included: website and software subscriptions, mobile apps, extra credits and domain purchases. Product access requirements still apply. Selling your own templates is not part of this program.
Commission
You earn 50% of a new customer’s first actual eligible payment, excluding tax and after discounts, rounded down to whole cents. Renewals, upgrades and subsequent purchases do not earn another commission. Free registrations, trials, test transactions and payments without money collected do not qualify.
Attribution
The first consented referral is retained for 30 days. The new customer’s first payment must occur within that window. Self-referrals, your own workspace members, duplicate accounts and fraudulent referrals do not qualify. Only one affiliate or partner network receives credit; an eligible existing partner-network attribution takes priority.
Review and payment
Commissions are held for at least 30 days and reviewed before payment. Payment method and any required identity or tax details are arranged separately through Launchlane support. Automatic transfers are not enabled yet. Pending earnings are not funds already transferred.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds and disputed payments invalidate the associated commission. Previously paid amounts may be recovered or offset against future earnings. Cancelling, resubscribing or creating another workspace does not reset first-payment eligibility. Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility.
Promotion
Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate Launchlane, promise guaranteed income, or make misleading claims. Abuse may result in removal from the program and invalidation of related commissions.
